Simon Wisselink f07e342d61 Removed now unneeded PHPunit annotations @run(Tests)InSeparateProcess, @preserveGlobalState and @backupStaticAttributes. Made CacheResourceTestCommon abstract to prevent the base class from running tests (and always failing). Unregister a previously registered stream wrapper. Fixes a lot of tests.
