Added throughput benchmarking for client/server examples and added helper script "scripts/benchmark.test". Added example client option: "-B <num>" Benchmarking throughput. Moved to IDE/XCODE. Fixed build warnings with xcode. Updated the `user_settings.h` to support fast math, ECC, timing resistance, single precision math, ARMv8, SHA3, ChaCha20/Poly1305, Ed/Curve25519 and ensure default disables are defined.
