Make NID's consistent

- `CTC_SHAwDSA` -> `NID_dsaWithSHA1`
- `CTC_SHA256wDSA` -> `NID_dsa_with_SHA256`
- `CTC_MD2wRSA` -> `NID_md2WithRSAEncryption`
- `CTC_MD5wRSA` -> `NID_md5WithRSAEncryption`
