David Garske 7f80896033 CI optimizations 
- Skip CI for draft PRs and redundant master-push re-runs; membrowse nightly.
- Add smoke test (8 configs, CFLAGS=-Werror, post-merge tree, fail-fast on conflicts).
- Add wait-for-smoke composite action for downstream CI gating.
- Add check-source-text + bash -n + shellcheck workflow (script in make dist).
- Cache apt-get update in install-apt-deps composite on cache hit.

Juliusz Sosinowicz f2bfa1b932 ci: switch direct apt usage to install-apt-deps action 
multi-arch.yml and linuxkm.yml were installing apt packages with inline
shell commands. Replace them with the install-apt-deps composite action
for consistent retry behavior and caching.

Daniel Pouzzner 1feb7d247d .github/workflows/linuxkm.yml: in first scenario, remove --disable-opensslextra (i.e. retain opensslextra implicit to --enable-all), remove -DWOLFSSL_LINUXKM_VERBOSE_DEBUG, and use --enable-all-asm rather than --enable-intelasm --disable-sp-asm; in second secnario, add -DDEBUG_LINUXKM_PIE_SUPPORT. 2026-01-30 17:32:55 -06:00
Daniel Pouzzner 6a0be6a7f7 configure.ac: remove -g0 from, and always add -DHAVE_REPRODUCIBLE_BUILD to, reproducible-build AM_CFLAGS, and always add -gdwarf-4 to AM_CFLAGS when ENABLED_LINUXKM; 
.github/workflows/linuxkm.yml: restore as-was, but change from oldconfig to olddefconfig.

Daniel Pouzzner bbd606538a linuxkm/linuxkm_wc_port.h, linuxkm/x86_vector_register_glue.c, linuxkm/Kbuild: 
* rename can_save_vector_registers_x86(), save_vector_registers_x86(), and restore_vector_registers_x86(), with wc_ prefix, and properly export them;
* move setup for WOLFSSL_LINUXKM_USE_SAVE_VECTOR_REGISTERS outside BUILDING_WOLFSSL gate;
* fix !BUILDING_WOLFSSL bindings for DISABLE_VECTOR_REGISTERS() to properly fall through to no-ops in !WOLFSSL_LINUXKM_USE_SAVE_VECTOR_REGISTERS configs, and properly #error if WOLFSSL_LINUXKM_USE_SAVE_VECTOR_REGISTERS but !CONFIG_X86;
