When wolfSSL_RSA_verify_PKCS1_PSS() called with RSA_PSS_SALTLEN_AUTO
(RSA_PSS_SALTLEN_MAX_SIGN) it wasn't using RSA_PSS_SALT_LEN_DISCOVER
when available.
