Daniel Pouzzner 3d88676ff1 test.c: add WOLFSSL_TEST_SUBROUTINE macro to qualify all previously global subtest handlers, defaulting to the empty string. this restores the version<=4.5 test.c namespace allowing end users to call the tests directly piecemeal. --enable-linuxkm[-defaults] sets -DWOLFSSL_TEST_SUBROUTINE=static for extra namespace hygiene.
