John Safranek 8a4e8067f6 1. In the trusted CA extension code, add guards for NO_SHA around the cases that use SHA-1. 
2. Check the trusted CA id pointer for NULL before copying.
3. Updated the api test for the NO_SHA change.
4. Remove the TCA options member as redundant.
