Daniel Pouzzner d5dd35c739 add --enable-trackmemory=verbose, and add WOLFSSL_TEST_MAX_RELATIVE_HEAP_{BYTES,ALLOCS} and -m/-a (runtime counterparts) to wolfcrypt_test(). also add -h to wolfcrypt_test() to print available options.
