Use this file for FIPS 140-3 upcoming UPDT+OEUP and module v5.2.3, not intended for use with any other module version, v5.2.3 exclusive (certificate # will be add here upon issuance):

user_settings.h

This is now a legacy file used under the 140-2 program for module v4.6.2 under now historical certificate #3389:

user_settings.h.140-2-deprecated
