[Security] Fix offline player could login as premium if they logged in using the same address (ip and port) as a previous premium player and under a delay of 2 Minutes.

FastLogin

Checks if a minecraft player has a valid paid account. If so, they can skip offline authentification.

Requirements:

ProtocolLib
Bukkit 1.8.8
Java 8 or above
An auth plugin. Supported Plugins:
- AuthMe
- xAuth
