+The provided Visual Studio solution (endian/test/msvc2012/endian.sln) has these Property

+C/C++|Preprocessor: prefix BOOST_ALL_DYN_LINK; 
+Linker|General|Additional Library Directories: $(BOOST_TRUNK)\stage\lib
