Robert Leahy 683dbe2412 .travis.yml: Specify Trusty for Trusty Addons

Previously .travis.yml didn't specify dist: trusty when using addons
which were specifically for Trusty. This led to the Clang 5 build
failing when trying to install Clang 5.

A library for representing optional (nullable) objects in C++.

optional<int> readInt(); // this function may return either an int or a not-an-int

if (optional<int> oi = readInt()) // did I get a real int
  cout << "my int is: " << *oi;   // use my int
else
  cout << "I have no int";
