Converts a tuple to a list.

For example,

BOOST_PP_TUPLE_TO_LIST(3,(A,B,C))

expands to the same as

BOOST_PP_LIST_CONS(A,
BOOST_PP_LIST_CONS(B,
BOOST_PP_LIST_CONS(C,
BOOST_PP_LIST_NIL)))
