In other words, expands to the sequence: 

  F(R,P,BOOST_PP_LIST_AT(L,0))
  F(R,P,BOOST_PP_LIST_AT(L,1))
  ...
  F(R,P,BOOST_PP_LIST_AT(L,BOOST_PP_DEC(BOOST_PP_LIST_SIZE(L))))
