Commands:

  ./configure --host=xtensa-esp32s3-elf CC=xtensa-esp32s3-elf-gcc \
    CFLAGS="-mlongcalls -I$IDF_PATH/components/xtensa/esp32s3/include"

  make

  xtensa-esp32s3-elf-strip --strip-debug src/hal/libhal.a
