Adds a GitHub workflow to build distribution files
on:

* Merging a pull request into the `main` branch.
* Making a direct commit to the `main` branch.

Also adds guidelines for contributors.

# Code of Conduct—Mushroom Strategy
## Our Pledge
In the interest of fostering an open and welcoming environment, we as contributors and maintainers pledge to make
participation in our project and our community a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of age, body
size, disability, ethnicity, sex characteristics, gender identity and expression, level of experience, education,
socio-economic status, nationality, personal appearance, race, religion, or sexual identity and orientation.
## Our Standards
Examples of behavior that contributes to a positive environment for our community include:
* Demonstrating empathy and kindness toward other people.
* Being respectful of differing opinions, viewpoints and experiences.
* Giving and gracefully accepting constructive feedback.
* Accepting responsibility and apologizing to those affected by our mistakes and learning from the experience.
* Focusing on what is best not just for us as individuals, but for the overall community.
Examples of unacceptable behavior include:
* The use of sexualized language or imagery, and sexual attention or advances.

* Publishing private information of others, such as a physical or email address, without their explicit permission.
* Another conduct which could reasonably be considered inappropriate in a professional setting.
## Our Responsibilities
Project maintainers are responsible for clarifying and enforcing our standards of acceptable behavior and will take
appropriate and fair corrective action in response to any behavior that they deem inappropriate, threatening, offensive
or harmful.
Project maintainers have the right and responsibility to remove, edit, or reject comments, commits, code, wiki edits,
issues and other contributions that are not aligned to this Code of Conduct, and will communicate reasons for moderation
decisions when appropriate.
## Scope
This Code of Conduct applies within all community spaces, and also applies when an individual is officially representing
the community in public spaces. Examples of representing our community include using an official e-mail address, posting
via an official social media account or acting as an appointed representative at an online or offline event.
## Enforcement
Instances of abusive, harassing, or otherwise unacceptable behavior may be reported to the community leaders responsible
for enforcement at <aaliankhan5@gmail.com>. All complaints will be reviewed and investigated promptly and fairly.
All community leaders are obligated to respect the reporter's privacy and security of any incident.
## Enforcement Guidelines
Community leaders will follow these Community Impact Guidelines in determining the consequences for any action they deem
in violation of this Code of Conduct:
### 1. Correction
**Community Impact**: Use of inappropriate language or other behavior deemed unprofessional or unwelcome in the
community.
**Consequence**: A private, written warning from community leaders, providing clarity around the nature of the violation
and an explanation of why the behavior was inappropriate. A public apology may be requested.
### 2. Warning
**Community Impact**: A violation through a single incident or series of actions.
**Consequence**: A warning with consequences for continued behavior. No interaction with the people involved, including
unsolicited interaction with those enforcing the Code of Conduct, for a specified period of time. This includes avoiding
interactions in community spaces as well as external channels like social media. Violating these terms may lead to a
temporary or permanent ban.
### 3. Temporary Ban
**Community Impact**: A serious violation of community standards, including sustained inappropriate behavior.
**Consequence**: A temporary ban from any sort of interaction or public communication with the community for a specified
period of time. No public or private interaction with the people involved, including unsolicited interaction with those
enforcing the Code of Conduct, is allowed during this period. Violating these terms may lead to a permanent ban.
### 4. Permanent Ban
**Community Impact**: Demonstrating a pattern of violation of community standards, including sustained inappropriate
behavior, harassment of an individual, or aggression toward or disparagement of classes of individuals.
**Consequence**: A permanent ban from any sort of public interaction within the community.

### Reporting Bugs
#### Before Submitting a Bug Report

Please complete the following steps in advance to help us fix any potential bug as fast as possible.
- Make sure that you are using the latest version.
- Determine if your bug is really a bug and not an error on your side, e.g. using incompatible environment

#### How Do I Submit a Good Bug Report?

We use GitHub issues to track bugs and errors. If you run into an issue with the project:
- Open an [Issue](https://github.com/AalianKhan/mushroom-strategy/issues/new/choose).
- Explain the behavior you would expect and the actual behavior.
- Please provide as much context as possible and describe the *reproduction steps* that someone else can follow to
recreate the issue on their own.
This usually includes your code.
For good bug reports, you should isolate the problem and create a reduced test case.
- Provide the information you collected in the previous section.
Once it's filed:
- The project team will label the issue accordingly.
- A team member will try to reproduce the issue with your provided steps.

### Suggesting Enhancements
This section guides you through submitting an enhancement suggestion for Mushroom Strategy, **including completely new

#### Before Submitting an Enhancement
- Make sure that you are using the latest version.

- Perform a [search](https://github.com/AalianKhan/mushroom-strategy/issues) to see if the enhancement has already been

If it has, add a comment to the existing issue instead of opening a new one.

#### How Do I Submit a Good Enhancement Suggestion?
Enhancement suggestions are tracked as [GitHub issues](https://github.com/AalianKhan/mushroom-strategy/issues).
- Use a **clear and descriptive title** for the issue to identify the suggestion.
- Provide a **step-by-step description of the suggested enhancement** in as many details as possible.
- **Describe the current behavior** and **explain which behavior you expected to see instead** and why.
At this point you can also tell which alternatives do not work for you.
- You may want to **include screenshots and animated GIFs** which help you demonstrate the steps or point out the part
which the suggestion is related to.
You can use [this tool](https://www.cockos.com/licecap/) to record GIFs on macOS and Windows,
and [this tool](https://github.com/colinkeenan/silentcast) on Linux.
- **Explain why this enhancement would be useful** to most Mushroom Strategy users.
You may also want to point out the other projects that solved it better and which could serve as inspiration.
### Code Contribution
You can contribute to this project by following the _fork -> clone -> edit -> pull request_ workflow of GitHub.
#### Prevent changes to the distribution directory
We must not commit any changes to directory `dist` or its content.
As a help, you can configure your local git repository to ignore this directory.

To revert above, run the following commands:

##### Additional method
You can add the directory to the `exclude` file of the repository.
However, the directory or its content will not be ignored once it's already tracked.
The syntax is the same as for the `.gitignore` file.
Example of file `<project-directory>/.git/info/exclude`:
