The release schedule and maintenance approach has been
left as undefined until now to give flexibility to the
maintainers to release as needed. The community is
asking for clarity around the planned release schedule
so it is time to document the procedures.

I see the mon_data_avail_warn is set to 500M
but acording to ceph doc this should be in percentage
And by default this percentage is 30%,
So re assigned to 10% for the CI

This commit anabled nfs csi ci and
add fixes/improvements to it like the
following:
- verify deletion of cephnfs and .nfs pool before proceeding
- verify pv deletion
- do not enable rook module
- reduce activeCount to 1 to save resources
- run cephnfs ci before cephfs ci since it cephfs
ci is more resource intensive.

The osd prepare job is not recommended to have memory limits since
it's a one-time operation depending on the size of the disk that must
be allowed to complete successfully.

If the port is greater than 1024, for backward compatibility the port and
targetPort should be the same value. If the port is less than 1024,
the internal port must use a higher port number. In that case, the internal
port will be the default port numbers and only the public port will be
the desired port in the cluster CR.

The OSD creation may need to burst during OSD provisioning depending
on the size of the OSD or similar factors. If the OSD prepare job is
OOM killed it will cause OSD provisioning to fail and have various
side effects that are difficult to troubleshoot to get the OSD
to succeed. So we increase the recommendation significantly to avoid
the OOM kill.

The service account generated a secret that is required for
configuration automatically in Kubernetes 1.23. In Kubernetes
1.24+, you need to create the secret explicitly.

The cleanup guide is difficult to find under the storage configuration section
with so many other topics. We will show the cleanup guide also from the getting
started section to make it more discoverable.

With Kubernetes 1.25 it seems that applying the yaml files that have a
CephBlockPool with spec.annotations fail with errors like this:
CephBlockPool in version "v1" cannot be handled as a CephBlockPool:
strict decoding error: unknown field "spec.annotations"

LVM logical volumes are not picked by `deviceFilter`, `devicePathFilter`,
and `useAllDevices`. It's to prevent old version's users from creating
lv-backed osd during upgrading rook by accident.
It's better to clarify lvs are not picked by filters" in docs and
suggest users to use exact device name instead.
