Merge/inline.github/workflows/rgw-multisite-test/action.yml into
.github/workflows/canary-integration-test.yml as the step from the
"composite" action are not displayed in the console. The absence of the
step names may make it difficult to determine where a failure is
occurring.

Disabling the RBD and CephFS fencing
in Rook for now as its having bugs where
Rook is blocklisting wrong IP address
due to timing issues.

Modify the CR to allow mirroring of an rados namespace
to a differently named namespace on the remote cluster
1) enable rados namesapce mirroring only
if the blockpool mirrroing is enabled
2) disable blockpool mirroing only if
all the namesapce mirroing is disabled
if the rbd mirroring fails and ceph version is not supported
provide a error message with supported version details
and reason of failing

Do not force delete resources in validation cleanup. Force deletion can
result in CNI IP address management (IPAM) addresses not being released
cleanly, exhausting them. This can then lead to Rook cluster deploy
failure if the CNI IPAM isn't able to garbage collect the IPs quickly.

When the MDS liveness probe times out, it should not fail the probe. If
the cluster has a network partition or other issue that causes the Ceph
mon cluster to become unstable, `ceph ...` commands can hang and cause
a timeout. In this case, the MDS should not be restarted so as to not
cause cascading cluster disruption.

If the mon failover is in progress, ensure the removal
of an extra mon deployment is skipped since that code
path only has one mon in the list for the mon that was
just newly started. The extra mon was erroneously removing
a random mon in that case, followed immediately by the mon
failover completing and removing the expected failed mon,
and potentially causing mon quroum loss.

This removes the execution of `sudo lsblk` three times for every single
invocation of the script. Usage of the BLOCK var is replaced with
functions which memoize the result of probing for block devices.

These fields must be optional in order to allow usage of pre-existing
pools managed by CephBlockPool CR(s).

Factor out most of the CRs used by various canary tests to a new
deploy_cluster_full_of_cruft_please_stop_using_this() function.

When attempting to use pre-existing (or cephBlockPool managed) pools and
the cephObjectStore.spec.{metadataPool,dataPool} fields are not
specified, rgw creation will fail with this error:
2024-09-25 21:00:17.744358 E | ceph-object-controller: failed to reconcile CephObjectStore "rook-ceph/test1". failed to create object store deployments: failed to create object pools: failed to create metadata pools: failed to create pool "test1.rgw.control": pool "test1.rgw.control" type is not defined as replicated or erasure coded

Given that Ceph Quincy (v17) is past end of life,
remove Quincy from the supported Ceph versions,
examples, and documentation.
Supported versions now include only Reef and Squid.

The ROOK_ENFORCE_HOST_NETWORK option was implemented recently
and now we add the helm setting to expose this new setting
in the rook chart.
