This is a starting step to be able to generate common.yaml from Helm
charts. For right now, we merely want to be able to determine when the
rendered output of the Helm chart changes.

Let's run the test every day at midnight since the code is moving
fast and tends to fail. This gives us some time to fix the issues.
It can be triggered on PR too if the "run-mgr-suite" label is set.

Reading from a file, processing the file in a pipe, and outputting the
piped content to the same file can have undefined results, often leading
to an empty file. Use an intermediate temp file for generating the
offline image list.

Instead of using 'absent' query, we are trying to use 'up' which should
provide us with the needed 'namespace' field in the resultant metrics

Prior, we were returning a nil map and thus the assignment for forced
deletion was not working since we were trying to assign on a nil map.

While build.all we have race condition where images.txt
file was update with duplicate entries. So, removing `-a`
from 1st tee and also add `sort -h`and `uniq` command to
confirm no duplicate entry is in the file.

Rook should update the RGW object store's period if the period doesn't
yet exist. This protects us from the case where the
'radosgw-admin period update --commit` command fails and the
CephObjectStore controller reconciles again.

When proxying commands to the cmd-proxy container we don't need to build
the command line with the same flags as the operator. The cmd-proxy
container does not use any ceph config file and just relies on the
CEPH_ARGS environment variable in the container. So passing the same
args as the operator causes to fail since we don't have a ceph config
file in `/var/lib/rook/openshift-storage/openshift-storage.config` thus
the remote exec fails with:
```
global_init: unable to open config file from search list ...
```

If we call the script with --monitoring-endpoint
10.1.8.29,10.1.8.36,10.1.8.25, we need to parse each comma-separated
address and not the entire block.
Now each address is tested properly.

I've seen cases were the CI needs a few more seconds to delete and
object store. When logging in the runner, the object store is gone and
the timing matches too with the runner's logs (comparing with the
operator's logs).

We have seen cases where the signed certificate used for the RGW does not
contain the internal DNS endpoint, resulting in the health check to fail
since the certificate is not valid for this domain.
People consuming the gateways by external clients and for specific
domains do not necessarily have the internal DNS configured in the
certificate.
So let's be a bit more flexible and simply ensure a connectivity check
and bypass the certificate validation.
Also, this is fixing the tls code in newS3Agent and adds unit tests.

The `mgr host ls` looks like:
`"addr": "10.1.0.27/fv-az244-362", "hostname": "fv-az244-362"`
Previously, we were picking `addr` which contains both IP and hostname
where the k8snode has the hostname only. So let's use the Hostname from
the mgr command output instead.

Since we were pointing at CephUpgradeSuite test only this was running
all the tests and thus some resources were created by other tests.
Let's just run the test we need.

In general, make the output from the object store test easier to follow
and debug.
- Make sure assertions are associated with the appropriate subtest.
- Remove `t.Helper()` from complex helpers.
- Add info to log messages.
- Move long parts of (sub-)test names to log messages.
- Move some reused functions back to ceph_base_object_test.go
- Refactor runObjectE2ETestLite() to be suitable for use as the second
store created in the "run a second object store" test.

run tmate only for `pull_request` event and
remove for other events. As during release
when tests fail it takes extra 30 min to fail the
test or someone manually has to end the test
which is painfully especially during release time.
