Santosh 33046734b3 osd: fix update OSDs logic for cancelled context 
`updateExistingOSDs` should not wait and retry if the golang context got
cancelled. Else it would keep on retrying for 20 minutes before
exciting.

Thomas Way 977bf416bb operator: remove automaxprocs 
Go 1.25 will automatically set GOMAXRPOCS to match cgroup limits of applicable,
which makes automaxprocs redundant.

Satoru Takeuchi 0137274b58 test: create iscsi disk if extra disk does not exist 
We found a new github runner that doesn't have an extra
disk mounted on /mnt and it causes massive amounts
of CI failures. We can overcome this circumstance
by creating an iSCSI disk as an extra disk.

subhamkrai 358bb84a33 ci: add arch based download for cri-dockered 
when we moved to minikube github action from script based
installation, we missed adding check for different arch.

Tobias Florek db814dcd4b security: remove nodes/proxy rbac grants 
It has only been used by the flex driver which is long gone.

This removes the nodes/proxy RBAC grant from the helm chart, the example
YAMl and the security design docs.

Jan Breitkopf 1ff6f70311 operator: fix OSD info 
This fixes OSD info being incomplete when a sidecar container is first
in the .spec.Template.Spec.Containers list.
I added a small helper function to find a container named "osd" instead
of always assuming the first one.

Update the CA bundle volume mount permissions to read-all (o444). RGW
runs as 'ceph', but the volume mount defaults to 'root'. o444 ensures
the RGW can read the bundle.
