Wait for the mon-canary pods to be terminated before starting the actual
mons. When topology spread constraints are added to evenly spread the
mons, then pod-anti affinity does not allow mons to be created on the
same node where other mons are running, this also includes the
mon-canary pods. We delete the mon-canary pods and then start the actual
mon pods. Sometimes the termination of the canary pods might take more
time, so schedular won't schedular mon pods on that node.

The OSDs may require different resources based on their device
class. The overall osd resources were only being used, rather
than properly looking up the specific device class resources.
Now the expected resources will take affect per device class.

The mon canary should quickly shut down after the pod is
deleted, since it has no purpose to continue running.
Since the sleep does not catch the SIGTERM as pid 1,
use a bash trap to exit quickly.

Users sometimes copy‑paste the entire default `values.yaml` into their own configs, which “freezes” all defaults
and prevents them from inheriting new defaults in future chart versions.
This change enhances the Helm chart documentation to emphasize that:
- Only *overridden* fields should be declared by users.
- Avoid duplicating all default values.
- Leaving fields unset allows users to benefit from upstream default updates.
These adjustments help maintain upgrade compatibility, reduce config bloat, and make it easier to adopt new defaults.

The target size ratio is currently always being set to 0, when
neither the legacy targetSizeRatio nor the parameter for
target_size_ratio are set. In this case, we should not set it to 0,
but rather should skip the command to set the target size ratio.

When OSDs start, init containers attempt to get the latest CephX key for
the OSD to allow OSDs to potentially continue working after key rotation.
However, in Ceph corner cases, mons could be unavailable while OSDs
could still be viable with existing on-disk keys. Since key rotation is
a rare event, it's likely that the on-disk keys are still good.
The worst case scenario is that key updates were needed but didn't
succeed in init containers. In this case, instead of the init container
failing, the OSD startup will fail instead. Thus, this should introduce
no extra risk but merely shift the failure to a different container.

Add consistent metadata labels to resources that were missing them:
- configmap.yaml: Add labels to rook-ceph-operator-config ConfigMap
- securityContextConstraints.yaml: Add labels to both rook-ceph and rook-ceph-csi SCCs
- serviceaccount.yaml: Add labels to 6 CSI ServiceAccounts that were missing them
All new labels use the unified library.rook-ceph.labels template for consistency.
Regenerated deploy/examples/common.yaml and deploy/examples/csi/nfs/rbac.yaml
to reflect the updated label definitions.
This addresses reviewer feedback about missing labels in non-RBAC resources
and ensures consistent labeling across all Rook Ceph Helm chart resources.

This PR addresses ArgoCD drift detection issues by adding consistent
metadata labels to RBAC resources in Rook Ceph Helm charts. The problem
occurs because many RBAC resources lack metadata labels, causing ArgoCD
to interpret them as 'labels: null' and report continuous drift.
Changes made:
- Added consistent labels to all RBAC templates in rook-ceph and library charts
- Created _recommended-labels.tpl template for standardized labeling
- Removed app.kubernetes.io/component label per consideRatio feedback to avoid scope creep
- Suppressed Helm-specific labels (version, instance, managed-by, created-by, chart) from static RBAC files
- Regenerated deploy/examples/common.yaml and deploy/examples/csi/nfs/rbac.yaml
Labels added to RBAC resources:
- operator: rook
- storage-backend: ceph
- app.kubernetes.io/name: rook-ceph
- app.kubernetes.io/part-of: rook-ceph-operator
Impact:
- Resolves ArgoCD 'OutOfSync' issues for Rook RBAC resources
- Improves resource identification and management
- Provides consistent labeling across all Rook Helm charts
- No functional changes to RBAC permissions
- Focuses on essential labels to avoid over-engineering
This addresses review feedback from travisn and consideRatio to maintain
scope and ensure static RBAC files only contain meaningful labels.
