If the monitors addresses change, we must update the peer secret with
the new addresses. For this, each time the configmap
"rook-ceph-mon-endpoints" is updated, we trigger a reconcile on the
CephBlockPool CRs, which will update the token secret.

The rook.io/v1 package was only an internal implementation detail and
does not have any CRDs that rely on it. The CRD deserialization should
handle the change in internal types without any issue. This separation
gives more flexibility for the storage providers to implement exactly
what is needed for their storage provider instead of forcing to use the
same types and risk affecting another storage provider.

Removing the site's name helps us reducing the size of the rbd-mirror
socket path which under certain circumstances could exceed the system
limit.
Also, the namespace information is not that relevant, the cluster FSID
is.

A user with unbalanced system (e.g., some OSDs use a partition which
resides on a device along-side OS partition) may want to have a
fine-grained control on the overall load of specific OSD. While osd
weight affects write-load, primary-affinity affects read-load.
This patch allow user to define osd's primary-affinity (similar to
'DeviceClass' and 'InitialWeight'), which is sent to the osd (via mon)
as part of deployment sequence, using 'ceph osd primary-affinity' command.
Valid values are within the range [0.0, 1.0). If not set, default value
is 1.

OSDs not automatically started when adding nodes to existing cluster.
Call the helper NormalizeCrushName(name) to make sure the node name can match the name in the crush map before querying for the node in the crush map, and reconcile when new nodes get added.

The integration tests have long been painful to maintain with
settings in various places and copied to multiple types,
inconsistent variable names, and otherwise difficult to maintain
code. Now the settings for a test suite are all in one place and
they remain in the same settings type throughout the test.
The multi-cluster suite is also refactored to use the same install
and uninstall helpers as the other suites.

It's better to validate ownerReferences when setting them. In addition, we should use
controllerrutil.Set{Controller,Owner}Reference, that have such validation, as possible.

Finally! We can now stop editing manually our crds definition. Simply
run `make crds-gen`. These two files:
* `cluster/examples/kubernetes/ceph/crds.yaml`
* `cluster/charts/rook-ceph/templates/resources.yaml`
will be autogenerated for us.
We rely on the controller-gen tool, it reads our API definitions from
`pkg/apis/` and produces the CRD files accordingly.
It uses "markers" to add extra yaml fields to the CRD, for instance we
have a lot fields with:
```
nullable: true
x-kubernetes-preserve-unknown-fields: true
```
The corresponding API type markers are:
```
// +kubebuilder:pruning:PreserveUnknownFields
// +nullable
```
For more API convention see
https://github.com/kubernetes/community/blob/master/contributors/devel/sig-architecture/api-conventions.md#optional-vs-required
and for the markers see: https://book.kubebuilder.io/reference/markers/crd-validation.html

This is a follow up to:
https://github.com/rook/rook/pull/7264
which added pool quotas. It was stated that it would be nice to
be able to set pool max_bytes quotas using standard k8s quantity
formats rather than an integer representing the number of bytes.
I was too busy at the time to make the changes. This PR adds the
functionality.

In Pacific the simple command to retrieve the active mgr is with
ceph mgr stat instead of retrieving the full ceph mgr dump.

The mgr daemon may be failed over by ceph if the active mgr is not
responding and the standby mgr is available. If the active mgr changes
the services for the dashboard and metrics will be updated with a
label selector for the new active mgr. The services cannot direct
traffic to the standby mgr or else they will be incorrectly redirected
to the active mgr.
Signed-off-by: Travis Nielsen <tnielsen@redhat.com>
The active mgr should match the labels on the services that
are available for prometheus and the dashboard. The selector
labels must be updated whenever there is a new active mgr.

The upcoming Rook release 1.6 will support Ceph Pacific which introduces
stable support for multiple Ceph Filesystems in the same cluster. So we
now allow the creation of multiple Filesystem if the release is Pacific.
Also, we remove the Operator config flag which was not necessary.
Here I have 2 filesystems:

If the ceph cli outputs an error with "error calling conf_read_file"
this means that the operator has not written its ceph configuration
file. Thus ceph cli commands will fail, so we can just ignore that since
the operator will soon write this file in its initialization sequence.

When creating object store, `radosgw-admin realm get ..` command is stuck forever when required number of OSDs are not available. Because of this the uninstall of object store is also stuck. User has to manually remove the finalizer to delete the object store.This PR uses `ExecuteCommandWithTimeout` for running `radosgw-admin` command. Timeout during installation will be reconciled. Cleanup will be treated as best effort. Any errors during uninstalling of single site object store will only be logged.

With Ceph Pacific, Rook can now deploy the cephfs-mirror daemon.
This initial commit covers the deployment of a single daemon only.
Multiple mirror daemons is currently untested.
Only a single mirror daemon is recommended.
The configuration of peers will come in a later PR since the mgr module
is still pending upstream: https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/39050
The same goes for integration tests, they will get added later once we
start testing on Pacific.

added waitTimeoutForHealthyOSD in the cluster crd that defines the time (in minutes) the operator would wait before an OSD can be stopped for
upgrade. This PR also removes the ok-to-continue logic for osds as its already handled by ok-to-stop. The default value is 10 minutes.

This reverts commit a6ee5657ae.
The operator reconcile of the cephcluster was staying in an endless
loop in clusters that did not have OSDs configured on all nodes.
Now we revert this change for the patch release and will follow
up with a more complete fix in https://github.com/rook/rook/pull/6813.

Test the code-flow when creating crush-rule via explicit
decompile/compile crushmap, when building two-steps crush rule. Relevant
for the case where 'PoolSpec.Replicated.ReplicasPerFailureDomain' is non
zeoro.
This test requires ceph's 'crushtool' to be installed on local machine.
Otherwise, it is ignored.

When 'pool.Replicated.ReplicasPerFailureDomain' is non zero, the code
goes via route of adding explicit crush-rule from template, but ignores
the 'pool.DeviceClass' if it is set. Added option to template to have
(optional) 'class hdd|ssd'

The arbiter can only be configured with the stretch cluster if the
CRUSH map is balanced and there are two zones in the CRUSH map.
After the OSDs are configured, we wait for all the OSD pods to be
running and that the CRUSH map is balanced. If it takes more than
two minutes, we fail the reconcile and try again. This is only done
the first time the stretch cluster is configured. In future reconciles
we first check if the stretch cluster is already enabled before
enabling it again.
