Sébastien Masset 4427c85845 manifest: fix example RoleBindings

This enables deployment of CephClusters in multiple namespaces in clusters where PSPs are enforced.

Missing bindings:
 * rook-ceph-cmd-reporter-psp
 * rook-ceph-default-psp
 * rook-ceph-mgr-psp
 * rook-ceph-mgr-system
 * rook-ceph-osd-psp
 * rook-ceph-purge-osd-psp
