The ReconcileCanaries field of controllerconfig.Context was set once in cr_manager.go but never read anywhere, so the LockingBool type backing it and its Get/Update methods were dead code (verified with grep and staticcheck). Remove the field, the type, its methods, the initializer, and the now-unused sync import. Signed-off-by: Joshua Hoblitt <josh@hoblitt.com>
