the helm-lint CI workflow calls `make helm.lint` which depended on several tools like helm and ct being available in the $PATH. `make helm.lint` has recently been made self-contained so that it does not need those tools installed any more. This change simplifies the helm-lint workflow so that it does not install now unneeded tools anymore. Signed-off-by: Michael Adam <obnox@samba.org>
