Avoid shortcuts with "Alt" on macOS

Browse Source 
On macOS shortcuts with "Alt" are used for entering special
characters, where "special" depends on keyboard layout and can
mean e.g. '|' or '~'.

Task-number: QTCREATORBUG-20873
