The instructions to add a device or a kit is not
necessary if the SDK is set up already. Creator
handles these automatically and they are not
mandatory to set up the development environment.

Source and configuration files for each manual are now located in a
separate subdirectory, with common configuration files in doc/config.

Edit the config files accordingly.
