It has some platform specific warts, filepath.h is somewhat
cheaper and less ugly overall.

CMake supports the use of custom startup programs that are provided
in the IDE to simplify execution.
If the build system provides launchers, these are provided as an
additional selection field of the run configuration including an
entry without launcher.
As of cmake version 3.29, the start programs are extracted from
the API of the cmake file. For older cmake versions, a launcher
is initialized from the cmake variable CMAKE_CROSSCOMPILING_EMULATOR,
if available.

Since we also license under GPL-3.0 WITH Qt-GPL-exception-1.0,
this applies only to a hypothetical newer version of GPL, that doesn't
exist yet. If such a version emerges, we can still decide to relicense...
While at it, replace (deprecated) GPL-3.0 with more explicit GPL-3.0-only

Extract all the information necessary for the "Add build library search path
to LD_LIBRARY_PATH" from fileapi and enable the relevant UI in the
desktop run configuration.
This allows to remove a workaround introduced for QTCREATORBUG-19354.
Note that this is only supported by fileapi at this time.

Make fileapi remember where CMake targets were defined in the
CMakeBuildTarget struct. The other readers will just guess at
the location based on the source directory of the target.

Do not map anything vaguely library-related into DynamicLibraryType. This
