3104e4c121 fix gcc 3.3. build 
the templated friend just doesn't have any effect.
so simply skip the typeinfo. will be slower, but you deserve that if you
use that compiler.

3df7a2c301 Fixes: Fix overlapping alpha values in expander area 
Details:
There are platform differences when drawing overlapping alpha
rects here. The workaround was to simply avoid using alpha
values for now.

240a6ec55c Fixes locator's show method in case the filter already has focus. 
Was making the "f" filter unusable, because the popup was hidden when
selecting a directory.

7b1655049a Locator tool window shortcut and menu item doesn't work. 
After changes in Qt that expose a bug in Qt Creator. We actually
tried to set the focus on a widget that doesn't accept focus. Set a
focus proxy instead.

73289b9520 Fixes: Fix highcontrast themes 
Details:
We need to force the background and foreground
colors to make dark color themes work with the
style sheet.
I also changed the selected tab-button not to
be sunken and the menu highlight to be slightly
lighter.

731ac567a4 Fixes: Improved style sheet design 
Details:
I'm now styling more controls and using a more consistent look
for things. To make the tabbar feel more natural I added a
web-like point cursor as well a sunken appearance.
