If it didn't find a project corresponding to an android manifest, it
crashed when trying to update that non-existing project.

And remove code for handling @strings/app_name. The default template
hasn't used that for a while and it's pretty hard to properly support
that with both a activity and app setting.

Introduce the class AndroidQmakeBuildConfiguration whose purpose is
to set the environment variable. Modify the Factory to create
buildconfigurations of that type and fix restore/clone to also
take the factories' priorities into account.

- Split up androiddeployqt into two steps: One building the apk,
and one deploying it to the device.
- The build apk step base class AndroidBuildApkStep is ihneritaged by
the qmake specific class QmakeAndroidBuildApkStep.
- The deployment step is still called androiddeployqt
- Move all qmake specific code to the qmakeprojectmanager plguin
- Flip the depencency between the android and qmake plugin, now
the qmake plugin depends on the android plugin, implementing
a interface the android plugin provides.
- Note: This removes the debug deployment for now.

The android documentation does not require a minimum value of 1,
but suggest that "Typically, you would release the first version
of your application with versionCode set to 1". Thus keep the
minimum of 1. A maximum value is not specified.

Using QXmlStreamWriter + QXmlStreamReader gives us greater control
over the ordering of attributes. That way we can ensure that we never
change the ordering that the user used. (Whereas for QDom the best
we can do is to have a predictable but random order.)
Neither QXmlStreamWriter nor QDom allows us to control the indentation
and other whitespace, so any user indentation is lost.
In addtion QXmlStreamWriter seems to have several bugs with indentation
though, leading to rather strangely formatted files.
