hjk a157de7877 Utils: Fix expansion of macros in FilePath ...

In the New Project wizards, we do have e.g. %{ProFile} that should
expand to {scheme}://{device}//{path-to-pro}, not to
{}://{}//{schemedevicepath-to-pro} or similar.
