Marcus Tillmanns 437797d1c4 Utils: Fix endless loop when ls iterating subdirs ...

findUsingLs did try to enter "." and "..", with especially "." leading
to an endless loop.

findUsingLs also did not correctly concatenate the parent folder
for sub directories.
