Jarek Kobus d6f56254d1 Get rid of QtcProcess::workingDirectory() overload ...

Adapt all callers' code so that it passes the FilePath
instead of QString. As a consequence introduce
TemporaryDirectory::masterDirectoryFilePath() and use
it where easily possible.
