Enable extra clang tooling

Upstream only supports clang 3.9 for the extra clang tooling
functionality, but allows to force it to on for newer clang
versions. Do so.

Remove qt5-quick1 as Qt Creator has transisitioned to Qt Quick 2 a
long time ago. The latter is a dependency of qt5-quickcontrols, so
there is no need to list it explicitly.

Use 4.0 branch. All development is currently happening there

Switch qbs to the 1.5 branch for the time being, too. I will
switch back to master once that is the focus area for the devs
again.
