sangelovic 93b6e5237a Clean up some names (rename classes, methods, files) 
* ConvenienceClasses.h/.inl/.cpp -> ConvenienceApiClasses.h/.inl/.cpp
  * IObjectProxy class -> IProxy
  * Interfaces class -> AdaptorInterfaces
  * Interfaces.h -> split into AdaptorInterfaces.h and ProxyInterfaces.h
  * createObjectProxy() method -> createProxy()
