David Garske 5ee0659e1b Rowley Crossworks updates/fixes. Fixed issue with the RTC init for scenario where TIF is set. Added support for HW RNG only by providing reference custom_rand_generate_block. Updated kinetis_hw.c comments about serial ports on boards. Updated the stack/heap settings. Updated the user_settings.h with a well documented and configurable reference.
