Paulus Schoutsen b4a7f723c8 Add Samsung TV via ExLink integration
Add a new integration to control Samsung consumer TVs over their RS-232
ExLink serial port, backed by the samsung-exlink library. Provides a
media player entity with power, volume, mute, and input source control.

A powered-off TV does not answer status queries; this is treated as the
TV being off rather than unavailable, and the source/volume/mute controls
are only offered while the TV is on.
