This is used to count the number of paragraphs in a variable.

?>

Where template is:

{$articleTitle}

Will output:

War Dims Hope for Peace. Child's Death Ruins Couple's Holiday.

Man is Fatally Slain. Death Causes Loneliness, Feeling of Isolation.
