wolfssl/wolfcrypt/settings.h: for WOLFSSL_LINUXKM, force on NO_STDDEF_H to avoid conflicts with linux/stddef.h, which is always included indirectly in linuxkm_wc_port.h (via linux/kernel.h);

fix indentation in WOLFSSL_uITRON4 section.
