Added example server options: "-B <num>" Benchmark throughput, "-e" Echo data, "-i" Loop / Accept multiple connections. Cleanup of the include.am for examples. Cleanup of tcp_connect with DTLS enabled. Cleanup of the valid socket checking. Cleanup trailing whitespace.
