Daniel Pouzzner abfc788389 script cleanup: use #!/bin/bash on all scripts that use "echo -e" (/bin/sh is sometimes a non-Bourne/non-POSIX shell, e.g. dash/ash, with no support for "echo -e"); fix whitespace.
