The description of the object store types was improperly
formatted due to a missing newline before the bullet points.

Until now, an object store would create all the necessary
metadata pools and the data pool that were exclusively
for its own object store. When isolation between object
stores is necessary, this would cause many pools and
PGs to be created in the cluster, which was not
manageable.
Now one set of pools can be created to be shared
by any number of object stores. The metadata and data
between each object store is isolated by
RADOS namespaces, which by design will keep the
data safe for multi-tenancy.

The upgrade test should always upgrade from the
previous minor release to the latest master. With 1.14
releasing soon, now we upgrade from 1.13 to master,
to confirm if there are any upgrade issues to 1.14.

We have prohibited changing all network-related configurations after cluster creation.
However, as a result of https://github.com/rook/rook/discussions/13584, we found that
the connections.encryption flag can be regarded as an exception.

the rgw service was removed, because users reported certificate
issues when Rook created Services for RGWs that had TLS (HTTPS) enabled.
It is now up to the user to create a Service if they want to use one.

Some users are still confused by Ceph networking, especially involving
Multus. Continuing to add network provider-specific information -- a
pretty advanced concept -- to the already-heavy CephCluster CRD doc is
becoming cumbersome. Separate network provider settings into a separate
child doc that notes it is an advanced topic.
This separation will also help with work to remove the holder pod
design, which requires additional Multus prerequisites.

The rook/ceph Dockerfile uses dnf to ensure iproute (containing the 'ip'
CLI tool) is installed in the Rook image for Multus usage. This comes
from the 'baseos' repo, but if any other repos are unavailable
temporarily, it can cause the container build to fail.
Use the '--repo baseos' flag to help prevent these kinds of failures.
Additionally, this will speed up the build slightly since it does not
attempt to load any non-necessary repos.
This change may make the container build slightly fragile in the future
if CentOS changes the name of its baseos repo, or if the Ceph image
switches to a non-CentOS base image.

currently the script requires to have both v2 and v1 port
to enable v2 port, but that is not the necessary condition,
so removing the chek, and enabling it only v2 is present to
successfully configure with v2 only

During cluster creation, csi config map was first filled with
mon ips and without CSIDriverOptions.
This commit makes sure CSIDriverOptions are added at the begining
when the entry is first created.
