dc9b364d6f Fixes #5417. Much better performance on casts to integral types. 
Adds more tests for overflow detection.

c28efea0b3 Fix an access to grouping[grouping.size()]. 
AFAIK, this is valid for const strings but STLport (when _STLP_DEBUG
is defined) doesn't like it.

fce9ad4e1b Misc small fixes to suppress warnings.
